During the last decade Timeline Consultancy have personally developed a number of policies and procedures including:
- Learning resource strategy
- Computer use policy
- A comprehensive disaster recovery plan (BCP)
- Internet and Email policy (including social networking sites)
- Learning behavioural strategy and subsequent disciplinary procedures
- Mobile device policy including the use of laptops and wireless networks
- Three year replacement of hardware and redundant equipment policy.
Furthermore, we have written a number of 3 year Information Learning Technology (ILT) strategies that have operational and strategic action plans monitored through IT/ILT steering groups
More recently, we have developed and implemented all of the processes and procedures for asset and licensing management for over 2000 software and hardware items in response to annual quality audit requirements for external monitoring.
