Timeline have project managed the entire IT and AV resources required for a public sector, multi-site new build circa £4 million, including individual projects; Cisco IT network infrastructure, Interactive whiteboards, Cinema AV system, Digital media signage (DMS), HID door access control, MFD, RFID, Tele-presence, IP telephony and IP CCTV including multiple software installations and upgrades using Prince2 methodology.
We have developed and implemented full life cycle SAP/ERP IT project management infrastructures (to Prince2 and ITIL standards). Managed project scope changes, identified associated risks, and developed mitigation plans to ensure project quality
Furthermore, we have directed and managed strategic and technical IT service teams including outsourced IT provision for developing operational infrastructure processing and procedures.
Moreover, supported IT network infrastructures with various internal standards, SLAs, external OLAs and a multitude of complex third party contracts and documents in order to deliver and support a large number of commercial and bespoke software applications, including, Financial, Educational, Business and Government.
